COMPANY BACKGROUND
Aura Efektif Sdn. Bhd. is a 100% Bumiputera-owned company
established in 2009, duly registered with the Companies
Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
With over 16 years of proven experience, we have grown into a
trusted technical partner, serving not only the maritime and defense
sectors but also a wide range of industries nationwide.
Our expertise covers marine electronic, electrical, and mechanical
systems; communication solutions with a strong focus on HF Radio,
ship maintenance and repair; as well as safety, firefighting
equipment, and CCTV systems.
Over the years, we have successfully delivered projects for esteemed
organizations such as the Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM), Department
of Fisheries (DOF), Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM),
Tenaga Nasional Berhad Janamanjung (TNBJ), along with various
other government agencies and private corporations. These
achievements reflect our technical strength, reliability, and steadfast
commitment to operational excellence across diverse sectors.

PERSONEL
Encik Jamahori bin Shahruddin brings over 40 years of rich experience in
electrical, mechanical, and marine engineering to his role as Managing
Director of Aura Efektif Sdn. Bhd. His leadership is grounded in deep technical
expertise, unwavering integrity, and disciplined management.
He earned a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Politeknik Sultan Abdul
Halim Mu’adzam Shah (POLIMAS) and a Certificate in Electrical Engineering
from Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO). Throughout his career, he has enhanced his
professional skills with a variety of certifications, including the Critical Part
Method (CPM) and both Basic and Advanced Civil Engineering Contractor
Courses accredited by the Public Works Department (JKR). Additionally, Encik
Jamahori holds several accreditations from the Majlis Latihan Vokasional
Kebangsaan (MLVK), such as Level 3 certifications in Electrical Marine and Air
Conditioning & Refrigeration. He is also a Certified Prior Achievement Assessor
and Internal Assessor, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and
professional development.
Encik Jamahori’s distinguished career began with the Royal Malaysian Navy,
where he served from 1981 to 2004. During this period, he gained invaluable
experience managing complex marine systems and naval operations, honing
his skills in leadership and technical problem-solving. After retiring from
military service, he transitioned into the private sector as Director of Ficantech
Sdn. Bhd. from 2005 to 2010, where he further sharpened his business acumen
and leadership capabilities.
Since taking the helm at Aura Efektif Sdn. Bhd., Encik Jamahori has combined
military precision with hands-on technical knowledge and strategic vision to
grow the company’s expertise in marine systems, communications, and safety
solutions. Under his guidance, Aura Efektif Sdn. Bhd. has delivered reliable and innovative solutions across the maritime and engineering industries.
Driven by a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for innovation, Encik
Jamahori continues to lead Aura Efektif Sdn. Bhd. towards sustainable growth and
